Super into High Slits and Long Braids for Spring and Summer. The Row is responsible for my love of the high slit long top trend. The brand is not too sexy and trendy, but chic, confident, and effortless. In my opinion, the style hugs the body, but lets the female’s beauty stand alone – I like that. I was at Zara and found a very similar top to the high slit tops they showed in their SS 15 collection.
I would love to afford The Row’s version, I love how high their slit goes, but Zara never disappoints. Another thing I’m obsessed with at Zara is their 1975 denim. It’s super affordable, great denim quality, and stretch for the booty, like no other. I think this style top would look great with shorts or a skirt, as well as flats, but I opted for Prada’s that I scored a couple years ago. This top is super versatile, it can be both fancy or casual, and I think it’s suitable for all shapes and size. I couldn’t find the Zara one I’m wearing online, but I did find some similar styles below.
As for the long Braid… I’m super excited my hair is getting long enough to braid, without the layers sticking and falling out. Definitely planning on the long braid for Coachella next weekend.
