This week’s blog post is about why I’m working on bringing color back into my wardrobe, an app called Pose, and the color I’m currently obsessed with.

I wear a lot of black. It’s simple, easy, and always looks polished, but I recently got bored with my usual all black outfits. I’ve decided to add some color to the mix, rather than sticking to my favorite black and white combination. The first color I’ve gravitated towards is Fall’s Army Green.

I’m a big fan of the color and I’m glad it’s trending this season – thank you Balmain and Isabel Marant. I recently bought this Army Green Acne Studious tank. It was actually Leandra Medine’s of the ManRepeller, which she wore in her Because, it’s Saturday post, but she recently put it up for sale through Pose. If you’re not familiar with Pose, you should totally check it out. It’s it’s an app, where you can share your #ootd or recent blog post images, consider it the instagram of fashion, but it’s also a marketplace where you can #buyselltrade pieces from your own closet with others on the site/app. It’s pretty rad and getting the opportunity to score a $100 shirt for $35 is a major score. For $35 I thought it was the perfect way to add more color into my life, plus the quality is insane, so if I’m feeling really ballsy in the next couple weeks, I might be purchasing one at full price. I’m wearing  the Acne tank with my favorite American Eagle super stretch jeggings. These are my second pair of this style. The first pair are grey now – they’ve gone through the wash way too many times, but they were on sale at the time of purchase, so I had to snag another pair.  The blazer vest is another new addition. My Mom had the idea of making a tweed blazer into a tweed vest, so I took it to the tailor and had them work their magic. The vest is easy to wear and super chic – totally my style.

I couldn’t find the ARMY GREEN ACNE tank, but here are some other colors.

But, if you’re loving the ARMY GREEN, here are some alternatives for ya.
