Leather Jacket: Carven/ Shirt: H&M / Pants: Vintage / Clutch: Clare Vivier / Sunglasses: Wildfox

Finally brought my Carven jacket out. It’s a fairly new addition and my new favorite piece. I was a little stressed to get it, any drop of water or smudge would be way too noticeable, but I fell in love with the warm butter leather and threw all my worries aside. Sometimes you just have take risks and not anticipate the worst that could happen. The jacket has been the perfect way to add a little lightness as I transition dark winter colors with more lightness for spring. I was running around all day, so I kept it pretty casual with a stripped tee and supergas. I really loved how casual the sneakers and tee made my thrifted wide-leg dress pants and Carven jacket look, kind of felt like I needed to board the USS Missouri, which is a statement in itself: I’m a proud American.
